Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website fedeus.com (the "Website") and the professional services provided by Fedeus LTD ("Fedeus", "we", "us" or "our"), a business established in the Republic of Cyprus with its registered address at 4 Pindarou, Nicosia, Cyprus.

By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you ("you", "the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or our services.

1. About Us and Our Services

Fedeus provides forensic IT and digital data services, which may include, without limitation:

  • Digital data discovery, recovery, extraction and analysis;
  • Forensic examination and representation of electronic data;
  • Blockchain and cryptocurrency analysis and advisory;
  • Mechanical repair and reconstruction of damaged electronic devices;
  • Design, implementation and restructuring of IT infrastructure; and
  • Bespoke digital solutions and complex case restructuring.

The precise scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement, statement of work, quotation or engagement letter (an "Engagement Agreement"). Where an Engagement Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Engagement Agreement prevails for that engagement.

2. No Legal Advice; Nature of Findings

Fedeus provides technical forensic and IT services. We do not provide legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and nothing on the Website or in our deliverables constitutes such advice. Our findings, reports and opinions are based on the data and materials made available to us and on the state of technology and knowledge at the time of the engagement. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including the successful recovery of data or the resolution of any case.

3. Client Responsibilities and Lawful Basis

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the lawful right, authority and any necessary consents to instruct us in respect of the devices, accounts, data and materials you provide;
  • Your instructions and the materials you supply do not infringe the rights of any third party or breach any applicable law;
  • You will provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information; and
  • You will not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose.

You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of any data prior to submitting devices or media to us. Forensic and recovery processes may, by their nature, carry a risk of partial or total data loss or of further damage to already-compromised devices.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all Client materials and case information as strictly confidential and disclose it only to personnel and subcontractors who need it to perform the engagement, or where disclosure is required by law or competent authority. Our confidentiality obligations are described further in our Privacy Policy.

5. Chain of Custody and Handling of Devices

Where devices or media are entrusted to us, we will take reasonable care in their handling and, where relevant to the engagement, maintain appropriate records of custody. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, prior damage, or data loss that is inherent to the recovery or forensic process, save to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees are as stated in the applicable Engagement Agreement or quotation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may suspend services or withhold deliverables and devices where undisputed invoices remain unpaid. All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, and the "Fedeus" name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Fedeus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent. Ownership of custom deliverables produced for a Client is governed by the relevant Engagement Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our services and the Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied;
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; and
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that engagement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

9. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, or decline or terminate an engagement, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or any applicable law, or where continuing would expose us to legal or reputational risk.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and takes effect when published. Your continued use of the Website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
